Where to Start

Thank you for choosing Therapy Support Center. Below you will find information about signs and symptoms that you or your family member may be experiencing. There are also forms that will help us to determine how we can best meet the needs of you or your child. All forms are confidential. On your initial counseling or therapy visit you will need to bring a doctor's prescription for speech and language therapy services, so we can bill your insurance company.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

TSC is willing to work with a variety of insurance providers and will help you to verify insurance coverage, however it is the client's responsibility to know and understand what services your insurance will cover.

Questions you may want to ask your insurance provider:

  • What are my in-network benefits for XX (occupational, physical, speech therapies; applied behavior analysis; psychological testing/therapy)?

  • Do I need pre-authorization for these services?

  • Do I need a physician referral for these services?

  • What is my deductible?

  • What is my co-pay?

  • Do I only pay one co-pay if I have more than one service on a day?

  • What is my annual limit for these services?

  • How many therapy visits are covered per year?  Is there a combined benefit between occupational, physical and speech therapy?

  • Are there any exclusions that I should be aware of?
